Refund Policy
T&A Training Consultants LLC wants customers to understand our refund terms before purchasing an online course or service.
Online Course Refunds
For individual online course purchases, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that you have not accessed the course.
A full refund is available only when both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase; and
- The course has not been accessed.
Once you have accessed the course, the purchase is non-refundable, even if the request is made within the 7-day period.
After 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, the purchase is also non-refundable.
What Does "Accessed" Mean?
For purposes of this policy, accessing a course includes entering or opening the course through your account or accessing course lessons or course materials.

Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, the course purchased, and the date of purchase.
We will review the request to determine whether it meets the requirements of this Refund Policy.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Company or Group Purchases
Company or group course purchases that are arranged through an invoice or separate written agreement may be subject to the cancellation and refund terms stated in that invoice or agreement.
Subscriptions and Other Services
If T&A Training Consultants LLC offers subscriptions, coaching, consulting, training, or other services with separate cancellation or refund terms, those terms will be provided to the customer before purchase or included in the applicable agreement.
Changes to This Refund Policy
T&A Training Consultants LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
