- Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Prices for our Services are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price applicable to the Service, together with any applicable taxes or other charges shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other errors that may occur on our website. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will provide appropriate notice and, where applicable, offer the option to cancel the order.

Consulting, coaching, specialized training, group training, and other Services arranged directly with T&A Training Consultants LLC may have separately agreed pricing and payment terms. These terms may be provided by invoice, proposal, agreement, or other written communication.
- Payments
For online purchases, payment methods available at checkout will be displayed at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the amount shown at checkout or otherwise agreed upon.
For consulting, coaching, specialized training, group training, or other Services arranged directly with T&A Training Consultants LLC, payment terms may be provided through an invoice, proposal, agreement, or other written communication.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that the selected payment method is authorized for the transaction.
We do not store complete payment card information on our website. Payment information may be processed and stored by the applicable third-party payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
- Failed or Unauthorized Payments and Billing Errors
If a payment is declined, fails, or cannot be processed, access to the applicable Service may not be provided until payment is successfully completed or another payment arrangement has been made.

- Refunds
For online training courses purchased through our website, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase only if you have not accessed the course.
Once a course has been accessed, no refund will be provided, regardless of when the request is made.
After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, no refund will be provided.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@talburyconsultants.com and provide the information needed to identify your purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the terms above.
For consulting, coaching, specialized training, group training, or other Services arranged directly with T&A Training Consultants LLC, cancellation and refund terms may be established separately in an invoice, proposal, agreement, or other written communication.
