- 3-Month Team Access — up to 15 employees
- 6-Month Team Access — up to 20 employees

3. Organizational Access
Team subscriptions are intended for the purchasing organization and its authorized employees.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that subscription access is provided only to authorized employees and that account information and login credentials are kept secure.
Subscription access may not be:
- Shared with unauthorized individuals
- Resold or transferred to another organization
- Used to provide unauthorized training to outside organizations
- Shared through unauthorized accounts or login credentials
4. Employee Access Limits
Each subscription is limited to the number of employees specified for the selected plan.
1-Month Team Access: Up to 10 employees
3-Month Team Access: Up to 15 employees
6-Month Team Access: Up to 20 employees
Organizations requiring access for additional employees may need to purchase an additional subscription or contact T&A Training Consultants LLC to discuss available options.
5. Subscription Period and Access
Access begins according to the subscription terms provided at the time of purchase.
Access remains available during the selected subscription period.
When the subscription period ends, access to subscription-based courses and training materials may be discontinued unless the organization renews its subscription.
6. Payments
Subscription pricing and payment terms will be presented before or during the purchase process.
The purchasing organization is responsible for providing accurate billing and account information and completing payment according to the selected subscription terms.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription payments are fully refundable within 3 days of purchase, provided that no portion of the training program has been accessed.
If any portion of the training program has been accessed and the subscription is canceled within the first 7 days, 50% of the subscription payment will be refundable.
After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable if the training program has been accessed.

8. Customized Training
Organizations requiring training tailored to specific workplace needs, employee roles, organizational objectives, or workplace challenges may request a customized training program.
Customized training may require a separate consultation, scope of services, and fee.
Organizations interested in customized training should contact T&A Training Consultants LLC to schedule a consultation and discuss their training needs.
9. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All original training content and materials created by T&A Training Consultants LLC, including:
- Online courses
- Videos
- Presentations
- Training activities
- Assessments
- Workbooks
- Written materials
- Graphics
- Downloadable resources
- Logos and other branded materials are owned by or licensed to T&A Training Consultants LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription provides a limited right to access and use the training content during the subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold, or used to create competing training programs without written permission from T&A Training Consultants LLC.
10. Course Updates and Availability
T&A Training Consultants LLC may update, modify, add, or remove course content to maintain and improve the quality and relevance of our training programs.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to subscription services during the applicable subscription period.

12. Third-Party Services

13. Account Suspension or Termination
